Returns

No refunds or exchanges on artwork unless item is damaged in shipping. Proof of damage will be needed and Danielle may request that the artwork is returned to her studio. Special circumstances may allow for different return or exchange policies- these must be discussed with Danielle personally prior to purchase. As always, please reach out if you have questions.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped in 7-10 business days via USPS priority mail or FedEx ground shipping, unless otherwise specified. Any painting that is larger than 36” x 40” will be un-stretched, rolled and shipped with stretcher bars in a tube for re-stretching. You can take to a local framer for re-stretching; this typically costs between $100-$200.

Image Rights

The artist reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work to promote her work. All reproduction rights are retained by the artist. Any purchased artwork may not be reproduced by any process without proof of permission by Danielle.
